RB wagons are a bogie version of a LA 4 wheel wagon.
They were used to carriage general freight - e.g. fertiliser, tiles, or anything that could be loaded into a wagon.
As they were a bogie wagon they were allowed to run on express trains.
There are no plans to restore this wagon at this time as we are using RB651.
